Think you are too young to make a difference in your community? Think again. Young people all over America are taking a stand for animal welfare. Want to help? Here are a few things you can do starting today.
1-Volunteer at a local rescue or your humane society
2-Write your representative and ask them to support legislation that helps promote healthy canine-human interactions. Currently HB55, HB70 and HB79 are all in the legislative process. Go to the Ohio Representatives web page and read up on the legislative process.
3-Encourage those around you to be responsible dog owners.
